First Sunday Market at The Shops at Porter East!

The City of Springfield is excited to present the 16th annual Art in the Park on Saturday, September 26. This one-day arts & music festival is held along the greenway path at J. Travis Price Park, 4155 Wilks Road, Springfield, TN 37172.

Come out for a day celebrating community, creativity, and local talent at this family- and pet-friendly festival. Explore more than 70 artisan booths featuring handcrafted goods, support local food and beverage vendors, and experience live art demonstrations alongside vibrant, immersive art installations. Enjoy live music throughout the day and participate in free hands-on art activities for all ages while supplies last.

1st Fridays takes place in Historic Downtown Springfield from 6 to 9 p.m. on the first Friday of May, June, August, September, and October.

The community is invited to stroll through the Historic Downtown Springfield and enjoy an evening of shopping, dining, and live music. This free, family event series features food trucks, a kids’ zone, specialty vehicle cruise-in, and 80+ local vendors, including farmers, artists, makers, bakers, crafters, boutiques, local businesses, and downtown merchants.

The Knoblin Festival is a music and arts festival in Donelson, a suburb of Nashville TN. Held on Saturday, October 3rd from 10am-6pm.

Its founders drew from the lore of the strange creatures reported in the Donelson area throughout the years while researching local history and saw potential for a fun, annual community event, bringing neighbors together to celebrate local lore, music, and arts!

Hosted by the Friends of Donelson, a local non-profit that is an inclusive coalition of Donelson organizations, businesses, and neighbors working together to coordinate and promote unified community events and support.

Our hope with the festival is to encourage, inspire, and support creativity within our community, through music, art, imagination, a marketplace, and events like costume contests, Knoblin calling contests, and more!
